A Cisco efectuou um refresh aos Cursos de Wireless CCNA e CCNP (v2.0), foram adicionados mais materiais relevantes como novo software dos AP e WLC . Foram ainda enriquecidos com temas multimédia como o Video over WLAN e Voice over WLAN. Os exames sofreram uma reestruturação devido a este update, os novos exames já se encontram dísponiveis na Pearson VUE.
